I have a related question to this. My understanding, and I've seen some CPU-Z screenshots showing stock 7700K @ 4500MHz at 1.27V. I'm assuming that is stock for the Gigabyte board that was being used. I have a Asus Prime Z270-A and my CPU-Z data shows, without any changes to the BIOS running at ~4410MHz and 1.25 - 1.26V (difference between CPU-Z and HWMonitor). Is the stock BIOS settings causing the difference between 4400MHz and the full 4500 MHz...and I'm guessing there would be no difference in performance with the 100 Mhz? Just curious if it is worth it to make any BIOS adjustment. Also, in Windows Task Manager, it shows a single speed of 4.37GHz...no change up or down ever.
