i7-7700k very strange temperature readings

Hi!

So first things first, a week ago I purchased this processor (and all other necessary components), here is my configuration:

Gigabyte GeForce GTX1080 G1 Gaming 8GB

ASUS STRIX Z270H GAMING

Intel Core i7-7700K "Kaby Lake"

Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4

Cooler Master GM-Series G750M 750 Watt

Corsair Vengeance LPX Schwarz 16GB DDR4 Kit (2x8GB) 3000MHz (working with freq. 2133Mhz)

Samsung SSD 850 EVO (Basic) Series 500GB

WD Red WD30EFRX 3TB

Corsair Carbide Clear 400C

I used bunch of programs (Aida64, HWMonitor, Speedfan, Afterburner and even Intel XTU) to measure its temperature, and each of them showed the core temperature from 90 to 100C during CPU stress test (and also in PUBG, in RS: Siege etc.)

BUT! Speedfan shows that my CPU doesn't heat above 65C. The same is shown by HWMonitor about CPUTIN, however, temperature package (CPU and Core temps) is again 90-100C here, and I think programms would like to show even higher temperature, but they just can't, 100C is their limit (:)

And if this is an explainable behavior during a stress test, 90-100C during fast any game ... This is too much.

Can temperature ALL monitors show incorrect values? How can I check the actual CPU temperature during heavy load?

Intel XTU says that my CPU passed stress test.

That scares and surprises me, because when I touch CPU fan or air from it, it's hardly warm.

Thank you in advance.
