Question I7 7700k voltage

I have delided my i7 7700k and I'm trying to overclock it to 5ghz. I am at 4.9ghz stable with 1.32volts. But even at 1.39volts I still can't get it to be 100% stable at 5ghz. I'm using occt linpack to test it. Should I use something else? I'm afraid to go above 1.4volts but I think i would be stable at 1.4-1.42. Would you raise the vcore some more or just leave it at 4.9ghz? My temps are good too,at 4.9ghz I get 32C running linpack with peaks at 58C when it's running AVX (I have a 4.5ghz offset for AVX) I use my computer for gaming mostly, trying to get the most performance I can for that 1440p 144hz monitor.

Try running RealBench stress test, with half your RAM selected, for 30 mins. Monitor with HWiNFO64 to make sure that it's not downclocking at all during the test.
