i7 7820x vs Ryzen 1920x

Hi!

I need a little help to decide which CPU to buy. First thing to say, i need it for multitasking and streaming meaning 5-8 tabs in Chrome with streaming on each of them and also streaming with OBS. Right now i have an i7 4770k with 8gb RAM but i can only open 4-5 tabs and only with a low resolution on streaming (864x480), I want to increase the resolution to hd or even full hd if possible. I was thinking to buy i7 7820x with a quad ram kit of 16gb but as i saw in many benchmarks and posts, in multitasking looks like 1920x is over the intel. Going with the 1920x is a good choise or...?

I don't understand what you mean by streaming 5-8 tabs of chrome, however threadripper sounds like a better option for you most likely since it's cheaper and faster in multithreaded workloads.

I think you would be fine if you just added 8gb of ram and a low end GPU.
