I7 8086k reduced price

I been on the fence for my new build either i7 8700k or ryzen 2700x and truth be told i been holding out for a motherboard refresh silly as it sounds. Now i have a chance to grab a 8086k for $369 with additional savings if i combo a mb. Uses are mostly warcraft, web/streaming. Normally i would pass as most advise, but at this price?

If you can get the 8086k for the same price as the i7 8700k then go for it.
