Does your graphics have the right drivers, and/or do you do any overclocking? If so, I'd recommend uninstalling your old graphics drivers and installing the latest ones by your manufacturer, or reducing your overclock to a setting you know is stable, respectively. I hope everything works out!

yes i did installed newest drivers!

Firstly, make sure you have the right drivers for your mx130.

Next, check if your mx130 has ddr3 memory. Ddr3 mx 130 might be lower than a mx940 with gddr5. Moreover, make sure your mx130 is not overheating.

Also, take all precautions so that your CPU is not under performing. check if your 8550u cpu is being power limit throttled or over heating. You can use intel xtu to check if your cpu is turbo-ing properly, keep in mind 8550u wont hold high clocks for long. Also check other things like current limit and power limit throttling. Moreover, processor state must be set to perform at 100% and your laptop's power mode must be set to max performance (and laptop must be plugged in and not running on battery. many people still make that mistake). Next, if you see your 8550u is overheating really fast, try to undervolt the cpu using intel xtu. there are many guides on the internet on how to undervolt using intel xtu, im sure you will figure that out as its really easy to do. Also u can repaste your cpu and gpu if they are overheating, but only if you have experience of doing it. Its very easy to break something on your laptop mobo if you are not careful.

Im saying all of this to make sure your 8550u is not running on base clocks, as its base clocks are very low - 1.8 ghz. So if your 8550u is underperforming for any reason, that might be a reason why there is so much stuttering. A 8550u at 1.8ghz would be less effective in gaming vs a 7200u which being a much inferior cpu, i.e. if the 7200u performs normally - meaning the base speed is at 2.5 ghz and turbos from time to time normally. ( 7200u base speed is 2.5ghz which is much higher than 1.8ghz of a 8550u) Regardless, its very unusually for the 8550u to perform lower than a 7200u even with slight overheating, as specs wise the 8550u is a far superior cpu.
