I7 860 OC 3.5Ghz and RX 570 ITX?

Will an i7 860 Clocked at 3.5Ghz will bottleneck and RX 570 4GB ITX ?
Another question,will an 1 molex 4 pin porvide current to an 6pin connector for the RX 570?

Observation: Im running an HP Elite 8100,at the time is not overclocked,planing to buy a mobo case psu later ,will the i7 860 2.8Ghz bottleneck an RX 570?

I would say that is right at the margin. Some games yes, some no. The RX-570 would be my top card for that aging CPU. If your HP has the stock 320W PSU, it is not enough for the RX-570.
