Question i7-870 doesn't see memories

Hello, it's my first post and I hope for solve my problem immadiately.

I upgraded my mid 2010 27-inch iMac from i3 to i7-870, but this CPU supports only 2 memory channels but iMac has 4 channels, so CPU see only 2 of 4 installed memories.

How to enable all channels?

I once had the same iMac with the same configuration and saw all channels. After reinstall MacOS iMac stopped seeing them. I think that exists some application.

Please help me I have to solve this question in a short time.

memory slot not the same as channels.
what the old cpu? are you sure the imac suppor i7-870?
