Well I have a core i7 870 PC I was thinking to put in Rx 580 but how much bottleneck I will get will it be worth upgrading to i72600 and how much fps it will gain

While the 870 will hold back a 580, it'll depend on the cost of a 2600?

IPC gains between an 870 and 2600 were substantial, and a 2600 will be a pretty solid pairing with a 580 IMO.

However, given you already have the 870, I'd maybe consider something a little more fit-for-purpose if you have no intention to upgrade otherwise.... Perhaps an RX570? Probably the strongest GPU I'd consider pairing with an 870 and, while it will likely be held back a little bit, it's a more balanced pairing.

Depends on the game what you are playing, im getting 150-275fps on my i7-875k paired with 980ti on low fortnite settings with some tweaking on 1080p.
However if your running it on stock you lose about 33% performance compared to overclocking it to 4ghz+

I7-870 and i7-875k are best cpu:s for this motherboard when overclocked, if you want to get i72600 you need new motherboard and its only gen2 so NOT worth. First try to get your ram running 2133mhz+ on dual channel and 4ghz oc on the cpu and then decide if its enough. I have tested this cpu with gtx 970 and the GPU was the bottleneck in every game i tested, I would compare rx 580 and gtx 970 been "fairly" similar in performance.

EDIT: I would say your fine with rx 580 / gtx 970 / gtx 980 / gtx 1060 and even gtx 1070 on this cpu (when overclocked ,Gtx 1070 probably slightly bottlenecked even if you get max from this cpu and ram)

If you dont oc only go with 580 / 970 maximum
