i7 8700 cooling solution

With this non-overclockable processor I am looking to achieve max turbo boosts at all times.

Will the stock cooler be enough, or should I upgrade to something more substantial? If so what?

Try the stock cooler and see how it goes.
If you need a better cooler, get something like the Cryorig H7.
