Current specs:
MSI H310 motherboard
i7-8700
RX 580
16gb 2400mhz RAM
500gb SSD
MSI 650w PSU

I got a 3060 Ti as a gift from my g/f and the questions are:

Will the existing CPU handle this GPU ?
Should I throw in 2 x 8gb RAMs instead of the single 16mb stick ?
Or sell the whole PC and buy ryzen 5 5600x with good motherboard and ram --- worth it ?

I play warzone, fh5, cod vanguard, valorant and rdr2 online

Solution
It should handle fine. Although, 5600x will give you around 10% more due to faster IPC, specially in CPU intensive games. A better upgrade would be 12600k, which can give you 15% - 20% more.
A better idea would be to put another 16gb stick in there and pair it with the existing stick of RAM. If you do that, make sure the new stick is as close as possible to the existing stick, in terms of specs.
