I7 8700K air cooler for 4U case

I'm building a machine for video streaming encoding, using an I7 8700k on a Gigabyte Z370 motherboard. I'm not going to be overclocking this system, and it will have no other uses than encoding. I've an older 3970K system it will replace that currently doesn't go over 35-50% proc utilization while encoding, so the load should not be that heavy.

The problem I'm having is lack of space. I need a good air cooling solution that is less than 154mm or so, that can still clear the heat sinks on the motherboard, ram, etc. I'm not seeing a lot of options so far.
