I7 8700k always running on 4.4 plz help

After updated my bios asus rog strix z370-e gaming my cpu always running at 4.4 even when i am not doing nothing I resat my bios on default still the same i enabled and disabled a lot of option on bios like intel speedstep on and off, cpu c states on and off, cfg lock of and on, intel speed shift technology on and off and still the same temp 31 to 65 gaming am i missing something here??plus the power is on balance setup plz help me

it sounds pretty normal. the 8700K (at stock) has a base clock speed of 3.7GHz but has a top turbo speed of 4.7GHz so unless you are doing something very CPU intensive you will never get to the max turbo speed. and with your CPU having a total of 12 threads you may never see it

i dont think it should be at 4.4 when my PC on idle it should be at 802MHz unless i am gaming or doing something.
