[SOLVED] I7 8700k at 4.7ghz or i7 9700k at stock 4.6ghz better on a z390 MB

Hi guys I'm moving from my i5 8400 and going to purchase a rtx 2070super card and own a 165hz 1080p asus monitor. Just need some info on the cpu such like i7 8700k multicore enhancement 4.7ghz or i7 9700k at stock 4.6 boost . On a msi z390 gaming pro carbon ac motherboard paired with ddr4 3200 16gb . Witch cpu will going me good gaming performance and I saw on assassin's creed odyssey i7 9700k is maxing out 100% cpu usage . ?? Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated. And also I live in Australia i7 9700k is 578$ and i7 8700k is 575$. Thanks guys .
