I have a Corsair RGB 3000nhz ram xmp. I am using Asus Rog Strix z390 Gaming E and I don't wanna overclock it but use xmp though. Is there a way to use the computer without forcing s overclocked cpu?

I read that if you use the ASUS MultiCore Enhancement option in the BIOS. Disable it to use Intel's default Turbo speeds. Does this affect gaming or should I leave it alone. I don't wanna have to adjust voltages if the Auto XMP OC gonna affect anything.

I know nothing about manual voltages and I want my processor to run long life span. I dont want it overclocked. I'm just worried I am gonna have issues. This is my first new upgrade from third generation. Help

I am ok with overclock setting but I rather use the default base clock and turbo clock 4.7ghz instead of changes so I can enjoy smooth gaming.
