should i keep the same cooling i have now for this build, or change it. Would air coolers be a better option. Wwater look nicer imo.

A very nice build.

Your case can hold any height air cooler.
I would recommend the Noctua NH-D15s or NH-U14s at half the price.
It will cool equally well, be quieter, be easier to mount, and it will not leak.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
An alternative is Phanteks with a 140mm fan which comes in many colors.
If looks matter more than performance, do what you wish.

I have mine cooled with the H110 v2 and it keeps it under 60c at load @ 4.8Ghz. As was mentioned air coolers can do similar but like you I prefer the aesthetics of the AIO loops.

Whether you use an air or liquid CPU cooler go for one with max cooling capacity. The i7-8700k does get hot.
