[SOLVED] I7-8700k. High temps

So i wanted to push my i7 8700k past my low 4.6 ghz oc. Im stable at 5.0ghz and a core voltage at 1.350, but my temps are nuts in realbench and prime95 it gets to 85-90c full load i left it for 15 minutes and it never went past 90c kept going up and down from 85. Im using a liquid cooler from corsair i dont know if this is alright or to high for these programs and can i game at 5.0 without worring about ruining my cpu
