I cant choose which is better.

I'll have to use it for streaming only at the game of PUBG or DOTa2 no more higher end games.

And please also consider future preferences. but mainly dedicated for gaming/streaming dota2 and pubg

Well for purely gaming the 8700k tends to perform a bit better in most game benchmarks I have seen when paired with a powerful GPU such as a 1080 ti at 1080p, at 1440p and up they perform nearly identically in most titles. For streaming the 2700x may do a bit better due to it's extra cores and threads, not sure haven't seen any benches comparing the 2700x and 8700k while streaming a game and playing.

Im sure you will be happy with either.

Both CPUs will satisfy your needs. 2700x will encode video slightly faster and 8700k will produce slightly higher FPS in the games. But, overall the differences are quite minimal. It is a tough call, you will have to look at what 'other' features are important to you, outside of performance: motherboard selection, overclocking capabilities, etc...

They are very close in performance. The 8700k has a slight edge in gaming and the 2700x has an edge in productivity (streaming). Since you plan on streaming, I would go with the 2700x. But make sure you pair it with RAM that is 3200mhz or higher as Ryzen scales well with fast RAM.

I am certainly not a fan of Overclocking. Hmmmm should I choose only B350 on mobo instead of x370 or x470? Or it has significant changes

unfortunately I only got 2667mhz here :( is it all that bad?

It will work, you will just be losing some performance.

As far as the motherboard, a b350 board will be fine with the 2700x, but you will need to get the bios updated for it to run. To run a bios update you need a previous gen Ryzen CPU. So it maybe more trouble than it is worth to get a b350 and figure out a way to update it instead of getting a x470.

In the end, you are comparing a Ferrari to a Lamborghini. Both the 8700k and the 2700x are excellent CPUs. You cant go wrong with either.

At this point you might as well wait for the new 8-core processors from Intel (8800k?... not sure of the name yet). They should be coming out very shortly, along with the Z390 motherboards. Theoretically, it should equal the 8700k in gaming performance and should even beat the 2700X in streaming/workstation tasks. If you can wait a couple more months, you'll have the latest and greatest from Intel.

If you get a 300 series board and the bios is not updated, you will need a 1st gen Ryzen CPU to update it. If you don't have one, you will have to find one or borrow one. Updating it is not hard, but getting a CPU to update it will may be. You can get a low end x470 for $100. I would go with that over a $80 b350 and try and figure out how to update the bios.

As far as Amazon goes, it is one of the most successful retail companies in the world. I cant speak for international shipping, but they are definitely a legit company. Just make sure you are buying from Amazon and not a 3rd party vendor and I am sure you will be fine.
