i7 8700k Temperature issue.

Hello,
I recently just installed my new parts to my PC. I noticed that the CPU temperature is unstable on a slight usage increasing, one second its at 31c the next second is at 38c, so I ran HeavyLoad testing to test the temperature and after 4 minutes of testing my cpu was able to 83c temperature which worried me if I did something wrong.

also i'm using Cryorig H7 Lumi as a cpu cooler.

This Could be Many different things but iam going to list some that I think may be possible 1. did you at all place the cooler anywhere other than the cpu after you applied the thermal paste if so the pre applied or non pre applied thermal paste could have wiped it off slightly 2. there may be a problem with the fan on the Cooler. this isn't a common issue but your fan be not spinning at the right speed and that's why your thermals are slightly off 3. is the cooler seated wrong here me out a lot of cooler manuals aren't really specific in that some of them don't tell you how to seat the cooler correctly 4. did you apply an ample amount of thermal paste personally I'd recommend a blob the size of a grain of rice for this kind of cpu
