i7-8700k vs i7-9700k

For my next build i am either going with the 8700k or 9700k but i want to know if there is a big difference between the two. Money isn't a big issue since they are pretty much cost the same. I will be using a 1070ti or a 2070 for this build.

There is a small difference in favor of the 9700K, but live-streaming the i7-9700K does do a good bit better. If they cost the same there shouldn't be any question about getting the 9700K.
