i7-8750H 1060 VS i5-8300H 1050 ti

[Need Pc Help]

I want one of these configs, i go home from college on weekends and like to still play games like overwatch and maybe fortnite. Other than playing games i use it for my classes like word document, very light tasks. Which should i buy, they are both the same price, the 1060 comes with 8gb ram and no ssd. The 1050ti comes with an ssd and 16gb ram, probably the best choice

They are both Dell G3's, around 700 dollars

How big is the SSD? You can typically upgrade storage and RAM pretty easily (depending on the particular laptop), so I'd rather get the better CPU/GPU and then upgrade the RAM and storage myself.

Yea, you cannot upgrade the graphics, and the CPU is unlikely as well. Memory and storage are easy upgrades.
