I7 920 changed bios settings but still says @2.67?

hi guys i recently have tried overclocking my intel i7 on a p6x58d premium motherboard my bios setting will be posted at the bottom of this post anyways. i saved and exited and i checked on the properties of my computer and it still says that intel icore i7 920 @2.67 ghz(8CPUS),~3.4Ghz does that mean that it did not over clock? if so what did i do wrong what am i missing?

Use a tool like CPU-z to see where you are ..... it will list BOTH what you have:

"Intel i7 920 @2.67"

and what it s running at

yea i just downloaded it it still says @2.67 but what i also noticed is that the core speed is 3611.8 is that what got overclocked? is that all that matters? is the 2.67 just something thats there because of the manufacturer but not related entirely to its clock speed?
