i7 920 or i5 4460 - budget 400$

Hello, I decided to upgrade my current PC its
E4400
4x1gb 800mhz ddr2
msi ms7276
9600gt with accelero twin turbo on

My budget is limited so i cant get what i want.
I have two rigs to choice

1st
i5 4460 BOX
Goodram DDR3 8GB 1600MHz CL11
Asrock Intel H81 LGA1150 BOX
Price is about 350$
For the rest of money i can buy max used gtx750 or 750ti

2st
i7 920 rev c0 + cooler Noctua NH-U12P its stable 4.1ghz
Gigabyte ex58-ud4p
3x2gb 1600mhz crucial
Price is 200$
For the rest of money i though to buy gtx770 or 280x/290

For second rig i think my psu is not enough so i probably should upgrade it too.

the I7 920 isn't very good at all anymore.
if it were me, i'd get the first build option, get the 750 Ti, then save up money for a new powersupply such as the xfx 550W ts (its available for $34 in the USA and its extremely reliable) and then get a better video card
