I7 920 overclock suggestions???

to begin with, I'm supposed to receive my new computer from cyberpower in a week or so. I'm kinda new to gaming pcs. I ordered,
Coolemaster cosmos 1000
Msi pltinum w/sli x58
I7 920
2 4850 ati's
32gb ritek ssd mlc
6gb ddr3 corsair 1333
800w cyberpower
Asetek liiquid cooling CPU
64 bit home premium vista

$1700.00

What would be a good overclock speed for this setup if I were to use it for everyday use. Internet, video, gaming???

If i was you and your running on a stock cooler go for something no too high like 3.2Ghz, you can go higher i wouldnt recommend it (ive seen an overclock to 3.85ghz on a stock but it was hot enough to cook breakfast 😛 )

Well Fudzilla reports 4.6GHz for an i7 with watercooling. Of course, this was at CES and with Francois Piednoel (chief Intel engineer) doing it. I'd bet you could get 4.2 GHz easily but for longevity, I'd stick to 4.0 as long as the core voltage doesn't get too high (i.e., you have a good chip). And that would be for gaming, not browsing or watching videos .
