I7 920 vs i7 950 Overclocking

If you were to overclock both the i7 920 and the i7 950 to there max oc would they max out at the same speed??

just wondering because someone told me there exactly the same, and that intel just clocked them at different speeds.

They're close enough to where the i7 950 is not worth the extra dough for most people. Keep in mind EVERY SINGLE chip overclocks differently so there is not set MAX O.C.
