I7-930 2.8ghz is getting Code 19

"Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)"

I'm not sure how to go about fixing this.

Have you installed this to an existing Windows installation or is this a clean install? You may need to do a fresh reinstall if you haven't. Which version of Windows?

It was a clean install. Windows 7

A system restore to an earlier state may be able to fix this problem Best of luck!
