I7 930 vs Xeon W3690 For gaming

Hello, i've been using my i7 930 for a while and i've been plagued by low fps while playing on newer titles and it has come to my attention that you can purchase a Xeon W3690 for around 100-120 bucks. Should i stay? or upgrade?

I'm currently using a ga-x58-ud3r motherboard rev 1.0 if that should help.

The Xeon is the fastest CPU running on your board, and yes, if you can get if for, say, under $200, you'll see a big impovement, and it's worth it.
