i7 950 stock voltages Please

Hello

Why anyone doesn't answer this simple question.What is the stock voltages for i7 950,3.06GHz
for example QPI,CPU PLL,Vcore lowest voltages?
I've GA X58A UD3R mobo and Kingston 12GB RAM.and my CPU temps Is:

CPU 42 at idle
Cores 50 at idle,so i want to lowering voltages in order to lowering temps.
Please give me detailed answer.I'm tired from repeating this question.

That sounds like a CPU cooler issue, not a voltage issue! Have you tried reseating your cooler?

From a quick Google search, the stock voltage appears to be 1.18V.
