i7 9600K vs Ryzen 7 2700X For Recording/Streaming

I'm looking to upgrade my CPU from an i5 4460 to either a 9600k or a 2700x. I record high resolution and high FPS gameplay (1080p/1440p + 120/240/360fps) using OBS (the high fps allows me to achieve certain things while editing in Vegas such as motion-blur or smooth slow-motion). I basically need to know which of these CPU's will be able to handle gaming and intense recording without taking a huge hit to in game performance/FPS. Note: I will be pairing the CPU with my EVGA GTX 1080 SC.



Any help would be appreciated!

You want the 2700x if you are going to be doing these things simultaneously. No question. It's also a lot cheaper.
