Question i7-9700 under performing?

Hi!

My CPU seems to be under performing.

PC Specs:
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz
Mobo : Gigabyte H310M M.2 2.0
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER (TU104-410) @ 1770 MHz
RAM : 16 GB (2x8 GB KLEVV 8192 MB (DDR4-2666) )

Did a benchmark on CPU-Z and the result as per link below and the results seems pretty bad comparatively.

Temperature 100C.
It's overheating. Check your cpu cooler.
