I am curious if it's worth upgrade from my i7-9700F to the i9-9900KF?

I wouldn't trust any B series motherboard to reliably handle an i9. It also needs high end cooling - think NH-D15S or 240mm performance hybrid cooler.

IMO, you have like the 2nd best cpu(9700K being 1st) that'll go into that motherboard.
