Question I7 9700k OC result safe?

Hi guys,
So here is my stable OC :
5ghz all cores, 1.285Vcore, Turbo LLC. No AVX offset
All power limits at max and 255 amp.
On HWinfo Vcore show 1.272 at iddle. After 1 hour of BFV max peak was 1.296Vcore and highest temps 68 celcius.

Weird thing is that a 10 min run of Prime95 latest version Vcore stay at 1.272... Temp not above 75 celcius.But BFV make my CPU goes at 1.296Vcore and temps not higher than 68 celcius.

Im wondering if Turbo LLC can make Vcore peak to high?

What you guys think? Ok to use for everyday usage like gaming (mainly BFV) and web browsing?

Are you on manual or offset or adaptive voltage?

If you are on anything besides manual, try manual temporarily and see if the weird affects still happen with voltage.

If so, try playing around with LLC a bit more.

You may have left power options on, off set or adaptive so the vcore would fluctuate a little bit based on load

Manual voltage. I just change the auto and typed in 1.285
