Question i7-9700k OC

Hello
I've got a 9700k recently and so far it ran in Asus MCE but since the voltages are always higher than they have to be i decided to do it manually
Now is it better to run the CPU at 4.7 Ghz with 1.20Vcore or at 5ghz with 1.33-1-35 Vcore?
Also do i have to do some additional settings besides the normal ones like lower Dram voltage or VCCIO and VCCSA voltage?
Also somehow my LLC doesnt work correctly or idk but in HWinfo i get never the same voltages as Vcore set ive tried it on level 5 to 8, im using an asus maximus hero xi

This answer really depends on stability/temps. Can get through a 30 min RealBench stress test at 5Ghz, without errors or your CPU downclocking? (check with HWiNFO64 sensors)
