Question I7 9700k OR I9 9900k?

Hey, so I ran into this problem while considering which CPU should I take. On amazon i7 9700k Is $409 and I9 9900k is $479. Would it be better for me to invest the extra $70 in GPU (RTX 2080 8gb, for example, make it OC) Or Should I incest it in the Cpu? Also investing in another kind of devices like a new mic and stuff could work. The computer will be used mostly for gaming and streaming. Other specs: G.skill ram 2x8GB 3000mhz, Msi mag z390 tomahawk.

To be honest with the price gap so small between the two the 9900k looks much better value. With all those good quality cores you won’t need to upgrade for quite some time. I’m sure you will be able to find a good deal on a 2080 too.
