Hey guys im new to overclocking, ive managed to get my i7 9700k to run at 5.0 ghz with 1.275 volts, is this safe for gaming everyday temps are average 45-55 degrees while gaming and 68 max in load, thanks

Seems fine, as long as temps are under control. What motherboard and cooler are you using?

I am using a Z390-E ROG STRIX Board and a Corsair H100i Platinum RGB SE

You have done very well.

The limit is determined by the quality of your chip.
FWIW:
As of 2/6/2019
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane Vcore in the 1.337 to 1.375 range.
And AVX offset = 2.

I7-9700K

5.2 10%
5.1 35%
5.0 78%
4.9 100%

What program did you use to put it under load? The max temp looks a bit low but if that is correct and you actually used a good program to check stability looks fine.

Nah, that's not legit.

You didn't specify WHICH Cinebench either - it should be R20.
Open it, click on File > Preferences > Minimum Test Duration(seconds). Set that for at least an hour(3600 seconds) - though, the longer, the better.
Click Ok, and then click Run.

Are you kidding me those are amazing temps for that overclock and that is a lot of chip right there for that load voltage to get the five reviewers on all cars at that temperature is amazing Even 85 c is good enough so goodbye You're doing excellent.
