[SOLVED] I7 9700k very high temperatures

I recently bought an i7 9700k (paired with gtx 1080) and i mount it on a gigabyte z390 aorus elite with a water cooler corsair h60 which i’ve been using for around 3 years now, the problem is i’m getting from 70 to 100 Degrees Celsius (160-212 Fahrenheit) regardles the cpu usage, and also the performance is terrible, for example in ac origins i get from 28 to 40 fps.
The pump is very hot but the pipes are cold, except for the closest part, i think that the pump is not working properly but i’m not sure and i don’t know what to do
Also the air coming from the case is like ambient temperature

That cooler won't work for that chip even at stock speeds most likely, but if does sound like you've got a problem

9700k is a heat monster, your cooler is a little too old, when you switch to the 9700k, you should've get a better cooler.
