i7-9700K VS i7-8700K (gaming and Streaming/content creations)

I am building a new pc and my goal is to have as many frames as possible while streaming but I don't know if its worth to buy the i7-9700K over the i7-8700K

I am sure that you can game and stream on both the i7-9700K and i7-8700K and I know that I will be dropping in frames. but I was wondering if its worth to go for the i7-9700K for the performance over the i7-8700K?

and is there even a big difference when it comes to fps drop while streaming?
I will be playing games like PUBG, Battlefield V, and Rainbow 6 siege.

Not a huge difference, yet not a small one. There are more cores on the 9700k, and it is more recent. It has also slightly better performance. I'd say go for the 9700k. You certainly won't be upgrading anytime soon.
