[SOLVED] i7 9700k with intel extrme tuning utility

so im new to overclocking and i got it to 4.9ghz and when i do the cpu stress test its all good but if i do a stress test with avx or avx2 it say current throttled what settings do i need to change and it say EDP limit thrott

I'd alter upwards the Short Power Max, the Turbo Boost Time WIndow, and the Turbo Boost Power Max window....

However, many use AVX/AVX2 ratio offsets of 200-300 MHz (2x or 3x), as stress tests with AVX/AVX2 are akin to thermal 'full throttle'/max MAX loads...(and certainly will exceed your current 125W max limit)
