I honestly wouldn't go with Intel at this moment of time. If I were you, I'd go for AMD's Ryzen platform. Would also be cooler running. To add, I wouldn't recycle the CNPS cooler on a latter generation board.

I was about to buy a 3700x but reviews made me change my mind.
So many problems with temps,bsod,clocks,ram,drivers,bios,even booting.
And probably i would still need to buy a better cooler than stock.
Forgot to mention i will use this PC only for gaming.

Not here in the forums, at least before the review is posted.

It isn't designed for HEDT CPUs or high overclocks, but would likely be fine for builds with factory clock speeds and no more than 4 cores.

I don't test on idle temps....full loads only.
