Question i7 9700KF 4,8Ghz + ASUS TUF RTX3060Ti (temperatures)

Hi guys,
please what reccomend temperatures is for i7 9700KF (4.8Ghz) + ASUS TUF RTX 3060Ti.
Which software do you reccomend for watching temperature? I use HWmonitor and app software from Gigabyte (z370-HD3P).Is a big difference in max measured temperature.
In Hwmonitor i see CPU temperature with cca 20C bigger than in Gigabyte app software. What is right? 80C is only spikes?
Max temp on RTX 3060Ti is 75C, is a good?

I like HWInfo for measuring things.
....and I think if it's just spiking to 80C you are OK.
75C is good for the 3060 Ti.

I tried a lot of combination fans in my case..
The best option:
3x120 in front intake (P12PMW)
2x140 in top P14PMW (1 intake + exhaust)
1x120 rear exhaust

A set all fans to low RPM. Case is quiet and temperatures on the GPU and CPU are best from all combination.
