[SOLVED] I7-9700KF low CPU performance

Hi guys,

I have the following config:
GPU:RTX 2070 super
CPU: i7-9700kf
16GB RAM
1TB SSD

I bought this newly built config but unfortunately I have performance issue.

The fps results are significantly lower than should be for this config.
I run 3d mark dx12 spy test and I reached 9400points instead 10900 as it stated for this computer.

As I noticed my CPU physics score is the biggest difference: instead 8100 it reaches 7000.

My config results for games are as solid as I bought an rtx 2060 with ryzen 5 3600. Which is great, but I wouldn't spend then that much for it..

I'm not an expert in bios settings. Is it possible that something is locked?

I have Asus tuf z390 gaming plus.

What is your GPU and GPU temperature?

Cpu:45 degrees, core voltage:1.039v
Motherboard:36 degrees

what speeds does your CPU run at?

Does the CPU turbo? In other words, do you ever see the CPU run above 3600mhz when stressed?

I would spam delete on bootup to get into the bios. Make sure "Intel turbo boost technology" or something along those lines is enabled, not disabled.
