[SOLVED] i7-9700KF Vcore/temp

Hi Guys,
i would try to improve my CPU i7-9700KF, to reach stable 4,8Ghz.
Now i have 4,6Ghz in default mode, wit RAM in XMP 3200Mhz.
I rceorded some information about my setup in HWinfo.
Can anyone help me explain some points?
Real CPU Vcore is under MotherBoard view? Min is 0.696V/max 1.404V... it is ok? 1.404V
Where is better to watch temperature and VCore? Under HWinfo? Or under Gigabyte software SIV5?

I like quiet setup but with good performance.

How to reach for example 4,8Ghz?

Try these manual settings :Core set to All Core 49 - Voltage Fixed to 1.340 --LLC level 3
