Hello. Basically, how can i see if my laptop is performing well?
For example. This CPU allows to get turbo mode up to 4.5ghz. Even under hardcore gaming, it's only 3.9ghz-4.0ghz. Why is that so?
For example, Escape From Tarkov, lowest settings - 70fps only. And temperatures for CPU are fine - 70-80degrees. GPU - 60degrees.
What could be the problem? Can i overclock?
