[SOLVED] i7-9750h thermal throttles at 60 degrees celcius??

Hi,

I have an acer nitro 5 with a i7-9750h and a RTX 2060. Today, I ran a stress test with AIDA64. The temps stayed around 60 degrees. The weird thing is that my CPU throttled, at least thats what throttlestop says. Im not sure as i dont know a lot about computers. I am attaching the temps and clock speeds below. Is it normal for my CPU to throttle at 60 degrees?

hi, cpu throttling on that test is visible with red line, which is steady 0% without spikes
throttling can mean boost is at its max settings, or power limit reached, etc nothing to worry about
