Here's my first post ever.

What CPU cooler will fit in my system?

Case: Cooler Master Cosmos 1000
MoBo: ASUS P6T Deluxe V2
Video: 2x HD 5870's crossfire
CPU: Core i7-950
RAM: OCZ3X1600R2LV6GK

I don't want to run water pipes, so lets keep it to just air fan cooled. I also would like to keep the Northbridge heatsink in place on the MoBo.

I did get the Noctua. It arrived and I installed it. It fit in the Cosmos 1000 case no problem. I don't have big heatsinks on the RAM, so no interference there.

I put the system together, pulled the CMOS battery out for more than 10 minutes, started it up and no problems. It posted and booted.

Thanks for all the advice.

Dang, you're rich.
You need a "rich" person's heatsink.

Prolimatech Mega Shadow.

If you're not feeling rich, then
Prolimatech Megahalems
