I7 first and what graphics card?

Hello.Can someone of you give me an advice.Im very new in this things what graphics card I have to put on i7 first gen thats all I know no model no nothing.What can be worth to playing only overwatch atleast on Ultra settings with 60 fps.
I have Currently An Hp probook6570b
i5 and 12 gb ram with intel hd 4000.
Please let me know .

It's a laptop you can't add a gpu in it. Upgrading to an i7 won't make overwatch playable. You'll need to get a new pc.
