i7, Maximus IV Extreme, GTX 570, what mem speeds?

In my cart on Newegg, I have the following.

2 Acer S231HLbid Black 23" 5ms HDMI LED-Backlight LCD Slims
Asus Maximus IV Extreme (REV 3.0) LGA 1155 P67 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Extended ATX
Corsair Obsidian Series 800D CC800DW Black Aluminum/Steel ATX Full Tower
Corsair Professional Series Gold AX850
Intel i7 2600k

What I already have
PNY GTX 570
EVGA GTX 570

What I plan to do.
Overclock to the max.
Watercooling in the near future.
I am a game designer, and I need top of the line for this.

My question.
Does this seem like a solid system?
And what memory to use?
At some point, I want 16gb of Corsair Dominator GT
Kind of thinking for now G.Skill Ripjaws X Series.
And my main question, is what speed do I want to get?
I have 1600 ones in my crt right now, but do I want 1333 or 1866 or what?

So to sum it up, hows the build sound, and what speed mem should I get, I will be overclocking.

Thanx, and I'm sry if this has been asked before, I have put alot of thought into this build, and where I want it to be in the upcoming months, but I'm not sure on ram speed since I'm overclocking. I hope you all can help me figure this out soon, if so I will be ordering these parts today and should have them by Fri/Sat and I will post a build thread when I set it up ;).

Thanx again,
Tom

The specs say: "DDR3 2200(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/ 1600/1333 (Due to CPU behavior, DDR3 2200/2000/1800 MHz memory module will run at DDR3 2133/1866/1600 MHz frequency as default.)". It seems that you are limited to 1600 and overclocking the RAM.

Yeah, the ones I was looking at are 1.5 says its good for the i7, in the upcoming months I will upgrade to dominator gt's, but for now im looking at 150 bucks max for my 16gb's. In my cart right now is G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800), well two sets of those.

Edit, unless you all think the Dominator GT's are a worthy upgrade, I could just get 2 4gb sticks of that now, and get another set down the road.

So I guess the new questions is:
4 sticks of the cheaper Ripjaws I said above(upgrade to the dominators down the road)
or
2 sticks of the Dominator GT's(another set down the road)

edit again

okay, the Dominator GT's I see on Newegg, are either 2000 or 1866. Would that be okay instead of the 1600? Sry for these questions, the ram speed is really the only thing I don't understand to much.

Okay, I got all the parts in, and have been running the build for a couple days now, usinge a gtx 260 right now instead of the 570's though.

I'm ready to partition my hard drive, and try to get this going. I have only found 2 cases where somebody had this motherboard and got osx working, was kind of hoping to hear of at another cause I have no clue what I'm doing here.
Thanx again,
Tom
