- Queit CPU cooler???? (suggestions) ????

Around $1350 for the build

I want to order and build ASAP. Wanted to check with the bright folks here if this looked good and if everthing is compatible. I've heard the mobo might have issues. Can anyone confirm deny?

Well why would u want a 9400GT as well as a GTX260??? and Instead of the Antec PSU try the Corsair 850....though its nt a modular power supply it will do the job easy...
But if are thinking of buying the combo deal of the antec case and the PSU then stick wit ur option...

And as for the HDD go for WD Black 640 ...its faster and jus $5 more....

If u can go for 3X2 GB rather than 3X1GB...obviously more RAM and heard the i7 are more happy with 6GB than 3GB RAM....

As for the CPU coolers, try any of the Zalman cooler with the 1366 retention bracket ..or go wit the Vigour Monsoon...
