I7 overclock

new too overclocking and have a few questions, just bought a swifttech extreme liquid cooling system, installed it yada yada,

i can take my frequency to 3.7g but then it wont start if I go any higher than that, my temps never even go above 55 even on full load, I was told that it was a voltage problem and if i adjust any voltage at all my computer wont even start, it keeps restarting than it goes back to system defaults.

any suggestions?

Good question - how high is that voltage? I've heard a lot of people pushing theirs way higher than that with less cooling.

default voltage is 1.32 but whenever i increase or decrease any voltage, the system wont even boot no idea whats wrong.

whats your power supply?
right now i got my voltage at 1.29 running at 4.2ghz. I'm running the d0
have you messed around with any of the other system voltages?
also have you checked the ram settings?
