I have a question though it's not related to the video.
I have an i7 4790k stock clocks 4.4 ghz cooled by a corsair h105 set as exhaust but case side panel is temporarily open.
Vcard is Zotac Gtx 770 2gb.
Motherboard is Gigabyte G1 Sniper B5
PSU is Corsair VS650
Memory is Crucial 1600mhz 8gb single stick
I used a Prolimatech Pk-1 as the Thermal Paste.
I have good airflow. However this tests were conducted with the side panel open to prevent heat from vcard interfering.
BIOS Config:
Core VIIN = 1.72v
VCore = 1.1614v
K OC = disabled
All other options/features are set to Auto.
Frequency = 4389.83 mhz on all cores (x44 multiplier on all cores)
My IDLE temps are (all in deg C): 36 34 32 33 @Ambient: 29-30 degree celsius
My Load temps are: 1 hour of Dota 2: 55 55 54 52 Max Temps
Intel Extreme Utility Bechmark Test score is 632. Max frequency = 4389 mhz max temp = 60 degrees C .
Prime 95 v 26.6 Small FFTS 8 Torture Threads for 1 hour Max temps according to Core Temp: 69 68 70 64
AIDA 64 Stress CPU FPU Cache for 1 hour: Max temps according to Core Temp: 68 68 68 66

Again all of these were conducted with an Ambient of 29-30 degrees Celsius.
My i7 4790k Batch# is L421B969

Are all my results normal?
Thanks for the taking the time to read. :)

Solution
No, the package temp is PERFECTLY NORMAL. The ONLY thing you can do to help the temps is air condition your room. Your temps are PERFECTLY NORMAL.

PSU is not crap. OP is not from the US and the VS series although a tier 3 unit, is certainly not crap. Fine for this application.

"Crap" was probably too harsh, it is however a unit that is not really suitable for much of an overclock however would be fine for a stock system. I'm not from the US either (Despite the avatar).

Ok. That'll cost a lot. Thank you for the advice tiny. :) I have plans to, but won't since i don't have a "permanent" home yet. Been transferring from place to place because of work. Woes of Chemical Engineering.

Bro, this might be off topic. Contrary to the advice that rear should be exhaust, I do get better temps when having the rear as intake. So three intakes bottom, front, and rear, then Corsair h105 top exhaust. Should it be this way? And another thing, which is the better case fans? Corsair AFs or Bitfenix Spectre Pros. Those are my only two choices unless i consider Sickleflows by Coolermaster. Thanks
